The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in
the same condition as when you received it.

Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for
returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Returns Process:

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service
team at infoo@esboo.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Include the RA number on the return package and any correspondence
related to the return.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

 

3. Return Shipping:

 

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the
customer unless the item is being returned due to an error on our part or a
defective/damaged product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining
the tracking information for your records.

 

4. Refund or Exchange:

 

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition,
we will process the refund or exchange.

If you're requesting a refund, the original purchase amount,
will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges will be processed based on availability. If the
desired item is out of stock, a refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

 

5. Timeframe for Refunds:

 

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of
receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your
account may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact
us within 90 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement
or refund, including return shipping costs.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items:

 

Some items, such as DO WE HAVE ANY?? are not eligible for
return due to health and safety reasons.

 

8. Cancellations:

 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as
possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a
refund.
