create and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Warranty

"us") warrants that our customized fabric and metal products will be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from
the date of purchase.

 

1.2. This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects,
including issues related to materials, stitching, engraving, and workmanship.

 

2. Exclusions

 

2.1. This limited warranty does not cover:

 

a. Normal wear and tear of the product.

b. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or
improper care.

c. Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or
environmental factors.

d. Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by
unauthorized parties.

e. Minor variations in colour, texture, or engraving that
are typical of customized products.

 

3. Warranty Claim Process

 

3.1. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our

3.2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of
the defect or issue with your product.

 

3.3. We may require photographic evidence to assess the
defect or issue.

 

4. Resolution of Warranty Claims

whether the product is eligible for warranty coverage.

 

4.2. If the defect or issue is covered by this limited
